Bianca Karina is an agent of the Company who has the ability of Lung Adaptation. She is engaged to fellow agent Gael Cruz and is partnered with Devin Patterson. Bianca strongly opposes secrets and is fully loyal to the Company. She is a potential target of the murderous German.
While on a Bag and Tag mission to catch The German, Bianca and Gael's engagement suffered an enormous bump. Later Bianca learned that Gael's life was in danger and along with Devin rushed to his hotel. When there they saved Gael but unfortunately witnessed Devin's murder at the hands of The German. Bianca then used a gas bomb to poison The German and then attacked him. (Not being affected by the gas due to her ability)
It is unknown whether Bianca has forgiven Gael for the lies he told her.
Recently she was involved in an interrogation on Donna Dunlap where she expressed a defense for Donna. After another argument with Gael he called her a freak. She took this very personally and a potential fight may have broken out between herself, Gael, Penny and Connie Logan, Thompson Jr. and Felicia Brooks.
