Catherine is a minor in Oklahoma. She is close friends with Evan Moss and Marianna Barios. She has discovered she can use her ability to manipulate animal life by commanding them to do particular acts. She can also speak any human language including dead languages of extinct races. She has shown the ability to hear what plants "are saying". She cannot control plants though and it is still unclear what she means when she says the plants are talking. Catherine is a minor and has used her abilities in recent events to be somewhat a "hero".
