Charles Deveaux was the father of Simone Deveaux. Charles was a patient of Peter Petrelli, and has since died. He was the founder of the Deveaux Society and owned the Deveaux Building. Mr. Deveaux was associated with Angela Petrelli.
Mr. Deveaux was a complicated man, who no one understoon, except his daughter, and Peter Petrelli.
It is suspected that Charles possessed dream-related abilities, including precognition and dreamscaping.
