Decresence Inducing is the ability to psychically cause foes to fade away, literally. One on whom this ability has been used will slowly begin to fade away, until he exists outside of space and time, and thus dies. This ability cannot be undone and is usually only used on living subjects, but eventually, if exercised enough, can work on abiotic subjects, at which point the user of the ability becomes a dangerous weapon.
