Elle Bishop is the daughter of Bob, the man who runs the Company. She has the ability to manipulate lightning. Elle burned down her grandmother's house at an early age. She had been shown to have no common sense or remorse. She has murdered countless amounts of people, including the bar tender at a pub in Ireland. The Bartender was the brother of Caitlin (Peter's Girlfriend), who accidentally went into the future with Peter, and was left there. Elle is somewhat addicted to causing physical pain to others, even recognizing herself been diagnosed as sociopath While Peter was being "treated" at the Company's facilities, she enjoyed giving him some daily shock treatments. Elle can be a very volatile foe if you rub her the wrong way.
She got shot in one arm on the exchange that arranged Noah Bennet to recover Claire Bennet from the Company.
She discovered that Sylar was alive and failed to stop him, but saved Mohinder, Maya and Molly from being slaughtered by Sylar.
After an electrical outburst that led to the escape of dozens of Level 5 prisoners, Elle was fired from The Company by Angela Petrelli.
After a forgiveness and team up with Sylar, the duo worked for Arthur Petrelli at Pinehearst Company and pursued Claire Bennet and the Catalyst in her. However, during the Eclipse, Elle (and Sylar) lost her Electrokinesis and was Shot in the hip by Noah.
After Sylar found out Elle knew Sylar wasn't a Petrelli, and Hiro teleported the duo to a beach, Sylar killed Elle, but unlike all of Sylar's other victims, he showed remorse towards her.
