Flexibility

Flexibility or Body Contortion is the ability to have increased flexibility within joints, such as the shoulders and hips. The user's ligaments can stretch to allow movements not normally associated with that joint, making one with this ability capable of dodging projectiles and blows with uncanny ease. Through training, more and more flexibility can be achieved, but it is not possible for a limb to be stretched out further than the ligaments and muscle structure allow—any further stretching would result in injury.
