Francis Hustler

Born on the 8th of October 1975, Francis Hustler's ability has been prominent since the age of four. He has the ability to turn part or all of his body into a silvery, liquid substance. The tag has been applied, and he has been considered non-threatening by Company Opperative William Stavka.
Experimentation has shown that he is immune to being electrocuted, can flow freely in any direction, form any shape, and is not immune to being frozen. A closeted homosexual, he is currently living as a very successful author.
Francis has been given the oppertunity to join the Company ranks. Whether or not he will choose to do so remains to be seen.
