Glass Eye

A Glass Eye is an eye that has a gray or milky-white pupil and is literally not attached to the body by optic nerves, but psychically manipulated by the possessor through a psychosomatic mix of psychokinesis and empathy. The user of this eye is born with it and can see perfectly as though it were normally attached and fully functional. This ability may or may not be accompanied by some other aspect of vision.
