Hypoperceptibility is the telepathic faculty which creates a psychic shroud that nullifies the user's existence to the sensory perceptions of observers, causing them to ignore hearing or feeling the user's presence. This makes the user nearly imperceptible, unless they were in motion (and even then, it would be very difficult to be noticed).
