A form of telepathy, this ability allows the user to induce hallucinations in another's mind. Unlike optikinesis and illusions, this ability causes the subject's imagination to overreact, resulting in paranoia and delirium. This ability’s have no need for the user's imagination, as the subject's mind does all of the work. Employee of Primatech Paper, Candace Wilmer, has exhibited a similar ability, Illusion.
