Inhibitor Aura

Inhibitor Aura also known as Deceleration Aura or Deceleration is the ability to exude an aura which is so thick that it slows down even the strongest of foes. One with this ability does not slow down time, and usually cannot manipulate time in any way; they simply create an aura or field that is capable of slowing foes down at least until they reach the generator of the aura (if they have the patience to try).
