Jeff Greer

Jeff Greer was the stepfather of Alex Middleton. Greer has exercised his ability by manipulating others thoughts by controlling individuals to do something. He also can control people vocally, but he has not developed this trait completely yet.
This is a more extreme form of telepathy. Middleton has shown great reluctance to Greer's ability. This only prompted Greer's subconscious mind to develop his ability much more.
Greer has struggled for years to keep his ability a secret, to much success, although he has no clue that it is a posthuman ability. He uses his ability to his advantage, even going so far as to use it as a weapon. Upon further investigation, Middleton, along with several other agents, have evaluated that Greer has manifested villainous qualities, seeing as that trait was the first to manifest.
He cannot hear other thoughts like an actual telepath, but more control people's thoughts both mentally and vocally.
