Lentation, also known as Time Dilation or the Bullet-Time Effect is the psychic ability to perceive time as though it were slower than it actually is, and to adjust the body's speed and reflexes to match this perception of time. One with this ability could see bullets approaching them, or perceive those with superspeed approaching them, and react to them as though they were moving at the same speed. This ability could be used to evade nearly any attack, by seeing it like it was moving slower, when in fact you were moving faster. Superhuman sight can allow part of this ability.
