Lucio Arlet is a rogue agent in the Heroes universe, supposedly playing an integral role to the show. Having the ability of brainwave distortion, nothing much is known about him, other than his relation to Sofie. He is one of three names released to the general public about Generations, the 2nd season of Heroes.

Nothing definitive has been released about Lucio as well as his powers, although there have been implications suggesting that Lucio Arlet will play a crucial role to the Generations season, quite possibly possessing the strongest power of the Heroes thus far. Besides the name of brainwave distortion, nothing much has been released or gathered.

Lucio has been confirmed to possess brainwave distortion, an ability that is implied to be the strongest power thus far. If this is in a literal or figurative sense, no one knows, but one can assume it has something to do with the brain and its function.

Lucio Arlet is related to Sofie Arlet, although from the words of Ryan Camero, the relation is 'not in an aspect one would expect'. He is heavily intertwined with the Deveaux family, and is implied to be mirrored in Sofie's intent to find Lilah Thorne.
