Dr. Mohinder Suresh created a map, based on reasearch his father and he himself has done to locate people with anomalistic abilities.
There are several people listed on this map, it is unclear how many may actually have anomalistic abilities.
Primatech Paper has a New Map online. It is more of a tracker. This is the result of Primatech Paper buying the Sureshes information.
