Molecular Transmutation
From Activating Evolution
Molecular Transmutation is the ability to induce or remove molecular bonds within a substance. Though changes may be radical, the basic elemental composition of the material remains unchanged - for example water may be transmuted into hydrogen and oxygen, or coal may be changed into diamond, but the substance can only be transmuted from its constituents, or have said constituents added onto or taken away from. Atomic Transmutation is a more powerful version of this ability, operating at the atomic level.
