Psychic Persuasion (also known as Persuasion, Suggestion or Mind Control) allows the user of the ability to manipulate the inhibitions of others, placing them in an extreme state of suggestibility, either by visual,vocal or mental contact. When the user suggests something to the person on which the power is being used, they will feel a strange compulsion to do what they are told. In extreme cases, people have been known to kill themselves or kill others due to the effects of this ability.
- Eden McCain was known to possess this ability prior to her demise; however, this ability is an extreme extension of telepathy, and so it is possible that Matt Parkman could develop this ability after practice.
