Stephen Dixon
From Activating Evolution
Stephen Dixon is a 16 year old sophomore in Wisconsin. When I first met him he appeared to have telekinesis. However, when I had moved to examine the object he was lifting, I realized that that the air had become some what solid. It appers that he presurizes the air and other objects around him with his ability.
Stephen likes to go by the name of Impact.
