From Activating Evolution
A particularly aggressive strain of the Shanti Virus.
Developed by Victoria Pratt, this strain of the virus was her breaking point, and caused strife within the Company. Pratt left shortly after she had discovered it.
Before Pratt's departure, Adam Monroe attempted to steal the strain, intent on releasing it into the general populace to cleanse the Earth.
Company surveillance recorded the strain being destroyed by Peter Petrelli. The exact methods of Petrelli's action are still being investigated, but to date it is believed that 138 has been destroyed.
