This description does not make sense. Sylar removes his victims skull caps in order to absorb their abilities. So how would he have been able to freeze Mr. Walker in order to remove his skull cap so he could take his abilities. It would be more reasonable to presume that Sylar already had this freezing ability prior to attacking Mr. Walker.

The man was frozen in mid-bite. His power, if he had one, was not cryokinesis. Sylar HAD to have stolen the cyrokinetic ability prior to the encounter with James Walker. And what's with the bit about Andrew Walker? Outside of this very Wiki, there's no basis for his existence in the Heroes universe.
