If Peter came into contact with Sylar in the past and got "telekenesis" as this states, wouldn't he have gotten ALL of Sylar's abilities?
- He definitely does now if he didn't before.
I think he does have all of the abilities, but at the moment he is still trying to get a grip on his power. I'm sure he will eventually figure out how to utilize them.
i think peter can only use an ablity if he knows what it is or if he is in danger. simalar to adaptive evolution when he is in danger his subconscious summens the ablity to heal or fly ect....
i have a question if peter has to rember the person the power came from to summen it. then if the memory guy took that memory away would he loose the power?

Just a few questions:
Because of his interaction with The Haitian, does Peter now have the ability of “ability suppression?”
In terms of their anomalistic abilities, what actually happens when they are in close proximity with each other? Seeing how Peter has involuntarily simultaneously used powers with Claude (Invisibility) and Hiro (Chronokinesis/Time-freeze), is it possible that their powers could cancel each other’s out (or that one would be strong enough to overtake the other)?
Will Peter unknowingly suppress the ability of someone at the wrong time (i.e. Nathan in Mid-flight, or Claire after a critical injury)? The Haitian has erased Peter’s memory, so now, in turn Peter should be able to do the same.
maybe he wont because the haitian supresses his ability to learn abilities?

i am starting an entomology section to discuss were peters name came from.
Peter- posibly a nod to peter parker (spider-man)
Peter- St. peter. mr. petrelli could cause the end of the world and st. peter guards heaven in christian mythology.
petrelli- means "peterson" in italaian. coud peter travel back in time and get his family to be named after him?
