The German

From Activating Evolution

Little is known about the German, except that he was the target of a "Bag and Tag" mission executed by Bianca Karina, Devin Patterson and Gael Cruz. His motive is to rob as many banks as possible. Berlin is his last known location.

While in Berlin The German was tipped off by a mysterious informant. The German then went to Gael Cruzs hotel room and used his ability to pin him to a wall. The German was then attacked by Devin Patterson and Bianca Karina. While Bianca rescued Gael, Devin continuously fired bullets at The German which he successfully evaded. The German then managed to fire many bullets in the air before forcing them into the body of Devin. The German was then caught by Bianca.

The German is currently being held in a Level Five Detention Cell in The Company.
