One of Noah Bennet's most trusted colleagues is a large man known only as the Haitian. It was thought that The Haitian was unable to speak but this was disproved when he spoke to Claire Bennett.

Despite working for the company who keeps a close eye of evolved humans it seems the higher authority that he answers to is Mrs Petrelli who has used him to watch over Claire who is Mrs Petrelli's grand daughter without the knowledge of her adoptive father Noah Bennett.
