'For the sake of many people, I humbly ask you to reconsider many of the powers on here as 'Not Humorous'. Seriously, I've gotten a kick out of reading half of the powers contributed here.'

  • stick the humor tag on where you see fit.

'Currently, I am a member of the staff at TheHeroesRPG. We rely on AE for our members to gather powers for their original characters. This makes it hard on us, as, In the 'early days', AE was incredibly reliable and didn't have things such as "Strange Bubbles" or "Creepy Smile", which sound more like traits you would find on a WoW type of game than Anomalistic Abilities, and we have always told our members that, if it's on AE it's Heroes-esque. Now we have to go against our word and tell people that just because it's on AE that it's not ALWAYS Heroes-esque.'

  • This place was so overrun by spam-bots by the first of 2008 it really was worthless as any type of research.

'Also, you said that Shadowulf1 is contributing many of the powers. Why let just one person, a person in power I might add, contribute many of these abilities? The purpose of a Wiki is for the Fans to contribute, not the FAN to contribute, and the Mods are meant to keep the articles in line with the Universe of the Wiki. Furries are NOT part of the Heroes Universe, and should never have even been CONSIDERED as a serious, and Non-Humorous power. Forgive me if I sound a bit rude at this point, but I feel very strongly about keeping AE in line with the Heroes-Universe.'

  • Fans? Mods? I'm just a volunteer. See:Help. There is no admin that we can find. Just a band of people trying to keep the place looking alive.
  • Uh, there are only a hand full of contributors left. The spam-bots chased them all off to Heroeswiki.com. You and yours are welcome to come and contribute anytime. Contribute, expand, expound, exploit.

'Just because something exists in one universe doesn't mean it should exist in the HEROES Universe. Example; Heroes is largely grounded in Science and Scientific Fact. Yes, there may be "out there" abilities on the show and in the Graphic Novels, but Anthropomorphic Cats are NOT very Science-Based. They're creations by the Japanese Culture for entertainment(Often times Sexually, rather than humorously), not as a serious 'power' for someone to have.'

  • What you are seeing is our reluctance to delete unmercifully. Everything remains as is except blatant attacks and remarks that cross the family boundaries. Who knows, the anthropomorphic cat might be just the impetus a writer needs to expand a power in a new direction.
  • Scientific Fact? OK, people can't fly in my universe, not without wings. Time travel? Not even close. Thats not to say that todays scifi won't become tomorrows scifact, it just hasn't yet.
  • Didn't even bother to leave a valid email so you could be kept abreast of updates as they happen. --Psych-Gen 17:13, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
