There appears to be a virus that is killing special people.

Only Mohinder has the antidote. It is made-up of a distillate of his own blood.

Another special, Maya and her brother, Alejandro appear to be able to spread this virus to non-specials. Alejandro seems to cure the virus, but only with Maya nearby.

• Shanti Suresh (Killed by virus, possibly the initial carrier of the virus)
• Jessica Sanders (Uncured- possibly killed by causes other than the virus)
• Sylar (Cured when he stole the antidote from Suresh)
