West Rosen

West Rosen grew up in St. Louis, MO but later relocated to Costa Verde, CA.
Rosen's copy file with the Company shows that he was tagged by Noah Bennet when he was younger, and that he somehow escaped from the facility without any assistance.
It is noted later in the file that Rosen is capable of flight.
Most of Rosen's file is incomplete, the original having been largely handled by Bennet, and maintained off-site.
Ironically, when the Bennet family moves to Costa Verde on the run from the company, West and Bennet's daughter Claire quickly become close, confiding in each other about their abilities. After a day of flying in West's arms, Claire is horrified to learn that her father abducted West all those years ago.
