From Activating Evolution
Hiro Nakamura's father, Kaito Nakamura, owned this company. Since his death it has been run by Hiro's sister, Kimiko Nakamura. It is currently unknown if Yamagato Industries is related in any way to the organization behind Primatech Paper Company, but there is most likely some connection since Kaito was seen meeting with Thompson, who was HRG's boss.
